PharmCam is provided by Engpharm Inc. and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy describes how PharmCam ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our application (the "App"). If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.1. a. Camera AccessOur App uses device camera permissions to count pills. Images captured by the camera remain on the device and are not transmitted or stored by us.
b. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics SDK to collect anonymous usage data to improve the App's quality and performance. This data does not identify individual users.

2. Advertising (Free Users)
a. Personalized AdsIn regions subject to laws requiring user consent for personalized advertising (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), we will request consent before displaying the first ad. You may choose to opt-out of personalized ads, in which case you will receive general, non-targeted ads.
b. Ad Targeting
Depending on device settings, users may be able to control ad targeting. In regions without specific laws governing personalized advertising, targeted ads will be displayed by default.
3. Account and Payment Information (Paid Users)
a. Account CreationTo access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. We do not collect name, address, or other personal data.
b. Sign-in Options
You may sign up using email and password or utilize Google Sign-in or Apple Sign-in. Apple Sign-in users may opt to hide their real email address; in this case, we will only receive and store a unique, anonymous email address provided by Apple.
c. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Google or Apple in-app payment systems. We receive information about the payment outcome, including payment success or failure status, transaction identifiers, purchase history (e.g., product/subscription purchased, date, amount). This information allows us to provide you with access to purchased content and manage your subscription, but we do not have access to or store your sensitive payment details.
d. Account Deletion
You may delete your account through the "My Account" section within the App.
